ABOUT
Elise Nieshalla is a hard working entrepreneur, economic development professional, and common-sense conservative. She serves as the President of the Boone County Council, the body responsible for the adoption of annual budgets, the appropriation of funds, the setting of county employees' compensation, and the levying of taxes to provide for public needs. Elise earned a Master's Degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University, and she and her husband, Chris, live in Zionsville where they raised their four children on the foundation of faith, family and freedom.
